Fabric Finishing Shift Incharge

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Shift Incharge to join our Post Fabric Finishing department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Stentor Machine operations as per production plans
• Oversee fabric delivery orders and ensure timely execution
• Monitor fabric quality control (QC) across all finishing stages
• Manage daily shift activities with priority-wise team coordination
• Lead and support multi-process machine operations
• Supervise fabric finish sampling and ensure approvals
• Handle PO (Purchase Order) management and tracking
• Ensure effective team management and productivity
• Coordinate machine line-up for smooth workflow
• Plan and execute order completion as per timelines
• Monitor and maintain machinery parameters during operations
• Ensure availability and quality of raw materials for finishing
• Prepare and submit daily production reports
• Supervise and maintain monthly machine inspection and maintenance schedules

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Matric or higher (Diploma in Textile preferred)
• Graduation in Textile will be a strong advantage
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in textile fabric finishing
• Strong understanding of finishing processes, machine operations, and team handling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
