Fabrication Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the fabrication team to ensure all projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
• Monitor daily operations within the fabrication division, ensuring all safety protocols and company policies are followed.
• Oversee the fabrication of pump skids for the wastewater and chiller industries.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports on progress and performance.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the fabrication process.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes, particularly those involving pump skids.
• Knowledge of the wastewater and chiller industries is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
