Facade Designer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facade Structural Draftsman who is currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in facade systems, steel structures, and production/fabrication drawings.

Key Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit or SolidWorks is an advantage)
• Strong understanding of architectural steel, metal fabrication systems, and structural steel
• Hands-on experience in bracket fixation systems and steel structural connections
• Familiarity with GCC building codes and steel fabrication standards
• Proven experience in preparing shop drawings and CNC-ready production drawings
• Ability to develop detailed fabrication and production drawings for workshop use
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed facade, structural, and production drawings using AutoCAD
• Translate design concepts into accurate shop, fabrication, and working drawings
• Produce CNC-ready drawings for cutting, bending, and fabrication processes
• Develop complete production drawing packages for workshop execution
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure accuracy
• Revise drawings based on site conditions, RFIs, and trade coordination (glazing, concrete, structural steel)
• Ensure proper detailing of bracket fixation systems and steel connections
• Maintain drawing records and deliver as-built drawings, specifications, and installation details
