Facade Manager

We are seeking an experienced Façade Manager to join our consultancy team and support ongoing and upcoming projects in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.

Scope of Work includes

• Technical and structural review of façade design, shop drawings, and engineering reports
• Review of proposed materials, material submittals, and façade system compliance
• Coordination with design consultants and contractors
• Participation in review meetings and site visits
• Supervision of façade testing and performance evaluation
• QA/QC inspections and reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in façade engineering from the consultant or third-party review side
• Strong understanding of façade systems, structural coordination, and testing procedures
• Proven managerial and coordination skills
• Based in the UAE (Dubai / Ras Al Khaimah preferred)
