Facial Therapist

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Facial Therapist with a valid DOH license to join our dermatology/aesthetic clinic in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be skilled in advanced facial treatments, skin analysis, and post-procedure care while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, patient safety, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments including deep cleansing, hydrafacial, anti-aging, acne, pigmentation, and skin rejuvenation therapies
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments and skincare routines
• Assist dermatologists with pre- and post-procedure care
• Operate aesthetic equipment safely (as per clinic protocols)
• Maintain strict infection control and hygiene standards
• Keep treatment rooms, tools, and equipment clean and sterilized
• Maintain accurate patient treatment records
• Educate clients on aftercare and home-care skincare products
• Deliver excellent patient experience and service quality
• Support clinic targets through ethical upselling of approved services/products

Requirements

• DOH License Mandatory
• Diploma or Certification in Beauty Therapy / Aesthetics / Skincare
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic
• Knowledge of cosmetic dermatology treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and patient-centric attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
