Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist the trainers in training the Government school teachers and facilitating sessions for students from government schools
• Handling the logistics of the training and schooling sessions of the students.
• Maintain attendance of all sessions conducted and create weekly reports of weekly sessions conducted.
• Ensuring a positive impact of the program on the teachers and keeping a track of the same through weekly reports and observation of their classes
• Facilitating weekly peer learning sessions with the teachers, also taking part in the content development of the sessions
• Liaising and maintaining good rapport with the teachers and government officials

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

• Experience – Freshers to 3 years
• Prior work experience in the development sector of 1 - 2 years is an advantage
• Proficiency in the English language is mandatory (written and verbal communication skills)
• Working knowledge of Marathi and Hindi language is a advantage
• Team player who can work effectively with peers, subordinates, and senior managers
• Excellent technical skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google functions
• Passion for working in the education sector
• Ability to adapt quickly
