Role Purpose
Lead the end-to-end design of BBA/MBA Logistics & Supply Chain programs and build a scalable facilitator bench. You will create industry-aligned courses/modules and run a structured Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program to onboard, coach, and certify new facilitators for consistent delivery quality.
Key Responsibilities Curriculum & Module Design
- Architect BBA/MBA structures aligned to OBE/Bloom’s taxonomy and UGC/AICTE/NAAC norms.
- Define PEO/PO/CO mapping, credit plans, and contact hours (guide: ~15 hrs/credit theory; ~30 hrs/credit practical).
- Produce detailed syllabi, weekly teaching plans, reading lists, case packs, labs/practicals, and grading rubrics.
- Build assessment strategy (formative/summative), item banks, answer keys, and moderation workflows.
Content Development
- Create high-quality teaching decks, facilitator guides, lesson plans, assignments, quizzes, datasets, and LMS content.
- Develop model lesson videos and micro-learning assets for facilitator onboarding.
Facilitator Enablement (Train-the-Trainer)
- Design and run TTT bootcamps covering pedagogy, classroom management, assessment literacy, and academic integrity.
- Operate a certification ladder (Provisional → Certified → Master Facilitator) with clear criteria and checklists.
- Observe classes (live/recorded), provide structured feedback, and run individualized coaching cycles.
- Conduct grading calibration to ensure inter-rater reliability; maintain moderation and observation logs.
- Set up shadowing/co-teaching schedules; maintain a best-practices repository and FAQs.
- Run termly refreshers for new modules/tools (Excel, Power BI) and policy updates.
Industry Integration
- Embed WMS/TMS/ERP fundamentals; hands-on analytics (Excel/Power BI); simulations and live projects.
- Curate guest lectures, plant/warehouse visits, and industry-co-assessed projects.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Collect and action feedback from students/peers/industry; close CI actions before next run.
- Maintain audit evidence for accreditation; ensure academic integrity standards are met.
Collaboration & Administration
- Coordinate with Program Head, Operations, Admissions, and Placement on timetables, evaluations, and reporting.
- Contribute to academic boards, curriculum reviews, and governance activities.

Qualifications
- Master’s in Logistics/Supply Chain/Operations/Industrial Engineering/Management (PhD preferred).
- Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in Logistics & Supply Chain.
- Teaching and/or curriculum development experience preferred (OBE, Bloom’s, rubrics, item writing).
- Proficiency with LMS (Moodle/Canvas/Google Classroom) and MS Excel; working knowledge of Power BI/Tableau.
- Familiarity with WMS/TMS/ERP concepts and India/global logistics context.
