Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

Job Summary:
Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the maintenance and smooth operation of office facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems.
  • Manage and supervise external vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure timely resolution of repair and maintenance requests.
  • Monitor facility conditions and safety compliance.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
  • Assist in planning and executing office space arrangements or improvements.
  • Support budget management for maintenance and repair activities.
  • Collaborate with the Admin and IT teams to address facility-related issues.
  • Identify problems, propose solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
  • Make informed decisions to ensure smooth and efficient facility operations..

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in facility maintenance or operations.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Preference given to candidates from Ernakulam.
