Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

Job Summary:
Oversee and coordinate the maintenance and smooth functioning of office facilities, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems.
  • Manage and supervise external vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of repair and maintenance requests.
  • Monitor facility conditions and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Assist with office space planning and improvements.
  • Support budgeting for maintenance and repair activities.
  • Collaborate with Admin and IT teams to resolve facility-related issues.
  • Identify problems, recommend solutions, and implement effective actions.
  • Make informed decisions to maintain smooth facility operations.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in facility maintenance or operations.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Preference given to candidates based in Ernakulam.
