Facilities & Maintenance Manager

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and management of facilities and buildings.
  • Manage preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
  • Supervise contractors, service providers, and facility-related vendors.
  • Develop and monitor facility budgets, operational costs, and procurement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead facility improvement, renovation, and infrastructure projects within budget and timelines.
  • Manage workplace planning, office allocation, meeting rooms, and shared spaces.
  • Drive sustainability, energy efficiency, and resource optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality support services, including cleaning, hospitality, landscaping, and transportation.
  • Monitor contractor performance and service quality through regular inspections and reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth facility operations across all locations.
  • Support the development and implementation of facility management policies, standards, and operational procedures.
