Key Responsibilities

The salary is up to 5,000AED Only (ALL INCLUSIVE)

1.Operations & Supervision

Oversee daily operations of the inflatable rental business.

Ensure all games are in proper working condition before delivery.

Supervise the team of drivers, helpers, and support staff to ensure tasks are executed effectively.

2.Inventory & Maintenance

Manage the storage of inflatable games to ensure proper organization and protection from damage.

Conduct regular inspections of all games and equipment to ensure safety and quality.

Coordinate timely maintenance and repairs, keeping detailed records.

3.Delivery & Collection

Organise and schedule deliveries and collections of inflatables to customers.

Ensure drivers and helpers follow proper handling procedures to prevent damage.

Monitor punctuality and quality of delivery/collection services.

4.Customer Service & Follow-up

Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints professionally.

Follow up with customers post-event to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Resolve issues quickly to maintain Marah Inflatable’s reputation.

5.Safety & Compliance

Ensure all inflatables meet safety standards before and during use.

Train staff on proper installation, dismantling, and safety protocols.

• Maintain records of safety checks and customer guidelines provided.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or certification in facilities management, logistics, or mechanical/electrical fields preferred.
• Vocational training or certifications in maintenance, safety, or equipment repair (e.g., OSHA certification) are a plus.

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in maintenance supervision, logistics coordination, or a similar operational role.
• Proven experience in managing a large team (drivers, helpers, maintenance staff).
• Hands-on experience with equipment inspection, maintenance scheduling, and safety compliance.

• Knowledge of inflatable games/equipment handling, storage, and safety requirements.
• Ability to inspect, diagnose, and coordinate repair of mechanical or structural issues in rental equipment.
• Basic inventory and asset management systems knowledge.
• Familiarity with route planning and scheduling tools is an advantage.

• Strong team supervision and leadership abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to coordinate multiple tasks, schedules, and personnel.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage last-minute changes effectively.

• Strong communication skills for coordinating with customers and internal staff.
• Professional approach to handling complaints and resolving customer issues.
• Ability to follow up with clients to ensure service satisfaction.

• Understanding of workplace safety protocols and relevant compliance standards (especially for inflatables and event setups).
• Ability to train staff in proper installation, dismantling, and safety procedures.
• Experience keeping detailed maintenance and safety records.

• Valid driver’s license is a MUST.
• Physically fit and able to assist with loading/unloading and inspecting large equipment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or after hours as required by event schedules.
