Facilities Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day technical operations of the residential facility
• Supervise electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire fighting, STP, DG, and lift systems
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
• Lead and supervise maintenance staff and service contractors
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and building regulations
• Monitor energy consumption and optimize operational efficiency
• Handle emergency breakdowns and technical incidents
• Coordinate with residents, society management, and vendors
• Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and cost controls
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and technical equipment
• Ensure proper documentation of AMC contracts and service records
• Conduct regular audits of equipment and infrastructure
• Requirements:
• Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Facility Management
• 5–6 years experience in residential or facility management
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems
• Experience handling vendor management and AMCs
• Understanding of safety standards and statutory compliance
• Leadership and team management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
