Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day technical operations of the residential facility
- Supervise electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire fighting, STP, DG, and lift systems
- Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Lead and supervise maintenance staff and service contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and building regulations
- Monitor energy consumption and optimize operational efficiency
- Handle emergency breakdowns and technical incidents
- Coordinate with residents, society management, and vendors
- Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and cost controls
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and technical equipment
- Ensure proper documentation of AMC contracts and service records
- Conduct regular audits of equipment and infrastructure
- Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Facility Management
- 5–6 years experience in residential or facility management
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems
- Experience handling vendor management and AMCs
- Understanding of safety standards and statutory compliance
- Leadership and team management skills
