We’re looking for a proactive coordinator to handle procurement, vendor communication, and maintenance scheduling for our Canadian restaurant operations. Based in Lahore, you’ll work directly with international vendors and managers to ensure smooth supply and repair operations. Strong communication and basic technical understanding are key.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect requirements from Canadian store managers for equipment and supplies.
  • Source and order materials online; compare quotations and track deliveries.
  • Manage vendor lists, maintenance schedules, and payment records.
  • Liaise with contractors for repair or construction activities.
  • Prepare reports and send concise project updates via email.
  • Keep records organized and processes documented for audit readiness.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or Technical Field.
  • Experience in procurement, vendor coordination, or facilities support.
  • Excellent English - both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in restaurant or retail build outs preferred.
  • Must be comfortable coordinating with North American teams remotely.

Salary: Rs 45,000 + (15,000 allowance)

Timings: Full time, On-site, 8:00pm- 5:00 am ( Night Shift)

Location: 30 R, DHA Phase 8, Ex-Air Avenue, Lahore ( near Neon Square)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 per month
