Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and supervise all facilities-related projects and activities across residential complexes, villas, storage, and other assets.

• Oversee and coordinate site teams, including cleaners, houseboys, cooks, and gardeners, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.

• Conduct regular inspections, assess risks, and provide practical solutions to operational issues.

• Manage service orders and ensure completion in line with ADA standards and internal SOPs.

• Investigate and resolve complaints related to facilities operations.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including company policies and legal requirements.

• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records for all facilities operations.

• Communicate and enforce facility maintenance policies and procedures to staff.

• Provide timely advice and updates on facilities matters to management.

• Perform other tasks as reasonably required to support the department and organization.

Experience and Profile Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 7 years of experience in facilities project management and supervision

• Proven experience in managing site teams, budgets, and stakeholders

• MEP knowledge and hands-on experience is a plus.

• Relevant certifications such as OSHA or other project management (PMP)
