Facilities Supervisor

The Position The Role

As a Facility & EHS Supervisor you will oversee the maintenance of facilities and ensures compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations to support a safe and efficient working environment.

• Act as the site EHS champion, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and GMP standards.
• Lead safety training, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness.
• Manage daily operations and maintenance of:
  • HVAC systems (AHUs, chillers, cleanrooms)
  • (Building Management System)
  • EMS (Energy Management System)
  • Water systems (RO, softeners, wastewater)
• Oversee third-party vendors and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Support facility upgrades and energy efficiency projects.
• Maintain facility documentation, SOPs, and audit readiness.

Who You Are

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facility and utility management, ideally in pharma, biotech, or healthcare.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
