Real Estate Property Manager - On & Off field

Property Manager

- Manage commercial and residential properties of a family business.

- Collecting rent, security deposits and rental cheques from tenants and individual owners

- Paying property expenses, including taxes, mortgages, payroll, insurance premiums and maintenance costs

- Reporting the property’s financial status, occupancy and expiring leases to property owners

- Meeting potential tenants, showing them the property and assessing their applications in accordance with the UAE laws

- Inspecting properties and arranging for repairs and new materials as required

- Arranging contracts for maintenance, trash removal, security and other ongoing services and managing disputes with these service providers where appropriate.

- Investigating and resolving property complaints and rental violations

- Manage and reconcile financial statements.

- ⁠Run a project of migrating to digital process.

- Oversee accounts payable and receivable.

- Prepare and submit tax documents.

- Drafting Tenancy Contract and Addendum for New and Renewal properties. Ensuring both tenant and Landlord documents are complete and updated on the CRM system.

- Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.

- Punctual and presentative with a good personality.

- Maintaining property files & Mail management.

- Good communication and writing skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills ability to communicate to clients of differing backgrounds and respond to and address their inquiries correctly.

- Must be well aware about developer registrations.

- Must have excellent knowledge and hands on experience with Property Expert, Bayut and Dubizzle.

- Must be Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledgeable about Tarakhesi system and creating ad permits.ord, Excel, etc.), google sheets and google drive.

- Knowledgeable on real estate and property rules and regulations.

- Must have hands on experience with Property Expert

- Attend weekly meetings with the Owners of the Company to provide updates.

- 5 years experience in Real Estate and property management.

- Driving license is a must

- Accounting knowledge

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
