Overview

Job Title: Facilities Supervisor
Location: Dubai, UAE

Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Facilities Supervisor to join the team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing MEP/HVAC systems, leading a team of technicians, and ensuring seamless operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of 15+ technicians, delegating tasks and ensuring efficient operations
• Plan and oversee Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules to maintain operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot and maintain MEP systems, with a focus on HVAC
• Handle client communications with professionalism and transparency
• Prepare technical reports and cost estimations for retrofit projects (desirable)

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license (essential)
• Proficiency in MEP systems, particularly HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance
• Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and shifts
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
