Job Responsibilities:
- Manage corrective and preventive maintenance for MEP systems, kitchen equipment, furniture, civil works, and utility services.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for AMC, service calls, and emergency breakdowns.
- Ensure statutory compliance with safety, fire, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor asset performance, energy usage, and recommend cost-saving and efficiency measures.
- Maintain accurate work order records, equipment history, and maintenance logs.
- Support new outlet openings, renovations, and fit-out works from a facility perspective.
- Prepare and submit periodic facility performance and maintenance reports.
- Assist in facility-related OPEX and CAPEX planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- 3–5 years of facility management experience in restaurants or hospitality.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP, kitchen equipment, furniture, and civil maintenance.
- Good understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards.
