Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure delivery of all hard services under active FM contracts.
  • Oversee on-call services and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Conduct site technical surveys and provide detailed reports.
  • Ensure AMC contracts are aligned with proper PPM schedules and documentation.
  • Periodically visit and inspect service delivery at facilities.
  • Review, manage, and renew FM contracts on time.
  • Lead costing, tendering, and estimation for new contracts.
  • Engage in technical and commercial negotiations with stakeholders.
  • Maintain records and tracking for tenders and submissions.
  • Submit monthly FM service reports to clients.
  • Follow up on contract payments and on-call receivables.
  • Provide weekly reports including inquiries, quotation statuses, and revenue vs actual performance.
  • Evaluate technical team performance and coordinate with department managers.
  • Manage overall team performance and ensure adequate resource allocation.
  • Actively support business conversions and client acquisition.
  • Stay updated with market trends and technical innovations in FM.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 3 to 6 years of FM experience (UAE experience highly preferred).
  • Strong technical background in hard services (HVAC, MEP, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of FM KPIs, SLAs, PPMs, and AMC frameworks.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, reporting tools, and FM systems.
  • Familiarity with UAE FM industry standards, regulations, and trends.
