Facility Maintenance Supervisor - Shura Links (Red Sea)

Job Overview “Purpose and Scope”

The Supervisor is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facility. This role requires a combination of technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic. The Supervisor will work closely with the Facility Maintenance Manager to ensure the efficient operation and upkeep of the facility.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.

• Supervise the activities of staff

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems.

• Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance issues.

• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks.

• Follow safety procedures and regulations.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Role Qualifications

• Technical diploma or equivalent

• Technical training or experience in maintenance and repair

• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience

• Strong mechanical and technical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Valid driver's license

• Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems

• Experience with facility management software.

• Knowledge of building codes and regulations

• knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures
