YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Perform



  • Manage and monitor all facility maintenance and repair activities within the plant, administrative offices, and related areas.
  • Coordinate and supervise facility maintenance tasks in collaboration with supplier companies.
  • Lead the supplier selection process based on technical, financial, and quality criteria.
  • Negotiate, draft, and manage clear and well-defined supplier contracts aligned with company standards.
  • Maintain strong communication and coordination between maintenance, process, and plant operations teams.
  • Ensure planned maintenance (related facility activities) schedules are executed efficiently and proactively identify potential risks.
  • Monitor supplier performance to secure high-quality service delivery and compliance with expectations.
  • Contribute to energy efficiency, sustainability, and workplace safety initiatives within the site.
  • Manage all assigned facility and vendor-related activities in alignment with approved budgets, ensuring cost control and financial discipline.
  • Ensure full compliance with OnePSS standards, QMS procedures, and Safety requirements during all facility and vendor-related activities.

  • Collaborate with maintenance and process improvement teams to identify optimization opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret process and maintenance data to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and implement improvement plans that enhance service quality, reduce operational costs, and increase reliability.
  • Support cross-functional teams in identifying needs, eliminating bottlenecks, and improving communication flows.
  • Drive continuous improvement practices across plant management and vendor performance processes.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and develop improvement initiatives that optimize spending while maintaining service quality and operational reliability.
  • Drive implementation of OnePSS practices, support QMS improvements, and contribute to strengthening the site’s safety culture.
