Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervision of FM soft and hard services on daily basis and reporting observations to the service provider (SP).
- Monitoring the progress of SP PPM activities to maintain asset lifecycle and reduce downtime.
- Conducting frequent Service Audit on the quality of PPM and CM activities.
- Analyzing drawings and defining the systems critical characteristics for emergency response plans.
- Supporting the Facility Manager in providing data and reports for KPI scoring on monthly basis.
- Supporting the Facility Manager in contract management aspects in terms of daily, monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual operational obligations.
- Supporting the Facility Manager in developing and improving FM SOPs.
Qualifications
- FM Hard and Soft service understanding.
- Familiar to HVAC systems operation and maintenance.
- Familiar to Mechanical and plumbing systems operations and maintenance.
- Customer Service knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering.
- Experienced in Building management for 3-5 years.
- Experienced in CAFM systems utilization.
