We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Facility/Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and management of medical office buildings and doctors’ offices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare facility and property management, with a proven ability to optimize building performance, ensure tenant satisfaction, and maintain compliance with the unique requirements of medical environments. This role requires deep knowledge of healthcare regulations, sustainability practices, and operational best practices, combined with strong leadership and organizational skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure all facilities operate at an optimal level with minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

Develop and implement facility management strategies that align with client objectives and healthcare industry standards.

Oversee maintenance, repair, and upgrades of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural components, and life-safety systems.

Establish and manage preventive maintenance, service contracts, and vendor relationships.

Develop, implement, and test emergency preparedness and crisis response procedures specific to healthcare facilities, coordinating with local authorities and emergency services.

Ensure compliance with fire, safety, and security regulations, implementing ongoing inspection and training programs.

Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal facility teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.

Monitor safety, cleanliness, and functionality of all interior and exterior areas, including medical offices, waiting areas, restrooms, parking facilities, and grounds - maintaining a welcoming, patient-focused environment.

Administer budgets, schedules, purchase orders, rent-up schedules, and invoices with accuracy and accountability.

Provide timely response to urgent issues, such as major equipment failures, and coordinate corrective actions with vendors while keeping clients informed of progress and next steps.
Essential Skills and Abilities:

Strong understanding of healthcare facility operations, property management, and regulatory compliance.

Knowledge of sustainability initiatives and best practices in modern facility management.

Ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and vendor contracts with attention to detail and accountability.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage staff, vendors, and client relationships effectively.

Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of responding quickly and effectively to emergencies and complex facility issues.

Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Minimum 5 years of property and facility management experience, with healthcare facility experience strongly preferred.

RPA, CPM, or similar industry designation (in progress or completed).

Knowledge of facility outsourcing and remote management models.

Background in budgeting, financial management, and accounting/bookkeeping is highly desirable.

Salary: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
