Facility Manager

1. Plan, organize, maintain and manage the operations and reliability of Club facilities and general infrastructure systems.

2. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all facilities and buildings of Entrance Plaza, Main Club House, Sports Block, Driving Range, Golf Practice Area, Midway Hut and Old Office Area.

2. Ensure vendor management for House Keeping, Pest Control, Security, Rental property, and laundry service.

3. Responsible for Inventory and Asset management/control.

4. Establish and monitor preventative maintenance processes, programs and facility inspection processes.

5. Supervise administrative services skilled and technical/support staff.

6. Develop, recommend and administer policies, procedures and processes in support of facilities and building maintenance operations.

7. Administer procurement and fiscal management activities associated with building and facility maintenance activities.

8. Trouble-shoot and respond to issues as needed regarding the operational aspects of the facilities such as MEP, HVAC, BMS, fire alarm malfunctions, electrical outages, water leaks, etc.

9. Monitor the safety and accessibility of the Club and its facilities. To Maintain the time to time Facility

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
