Facility Manager

Core skills :

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all facility-related services including maintenance, security, and utilities.

• Manage the overall upkeep of studio spaces including LED volumes, sound stages, and production floors.
• Ensure seamless operation of power, cooling, and connectivity systems critical to virtual production workflows.
• Coordinate with IT and engineering teams to maintain servers, storage systems, and real-time rendering hardware (e.g., Unreal Engine clusters).
• Oversee contracts and vendor relationships for equipment rental, repair, and support services.
• Plan and implement health, safety, and fire compliance in high-tech studio environments.
• Support production teams with studio scheduling, resource allocation, and space planning.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of lighting rigs, camera tracking setups, and display walls.
• Supervise housekeeping, security, and logistics staff to maintain a professional studio environment.
• Develop and monitor budgets for facility operations, equipment upgrades, and studio expansion projects.
• Implement sustainable practices for energy management in high-power-consumption setups.

Technical & Specific skills :

• Familiarity with LED volumes, camera tracking systems (Mo-Sys, OptiTrack, Stype)
• Understanding of real-time rendering platforms (Unreal Engine, Disguise, Notch, etc.)
• Knowledge of studio power, and acoustic systems
• Experience with networking, storage systems, and IT infrastructure in production environments
• Facility management software (CAFM/CMMS) for scheduling and maintenance tracking

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Media Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years in facility or studio operations management (experience in film/TV/media preferred).
• Exposure to virtual production, broadcast, or large-scale media facilities is a plus.

English : Extremes.

Hindi : Moderate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
