Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day facility operations, including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and vendor management.
- Ensure smooth functioning of electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
- Manage housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
- Prepare and monitor duty rosters, schedules, and preventive maintenance plans.
- Coordinate with clients/residents for service requests and resolve complaints effectively.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and maintain records of facility expenses.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises and report maintenance issues.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, health & safety norms, and company policies.
- Liaise with contractors and service providers for timely execution of tasks.
Requirements:
- Graduate / Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in facility/operations management.
- Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multitasking and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance related to facility management.
