Facility Manager

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day facility operations, including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and vendor management.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
  • Manage housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
  • Prepare and monitor duty rosters, schedules, and preventive maintenance plans.
  • Coordinate with clients/residents for service requests and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and maintain records of facility expenses.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the premises and report maintenance issues.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, health & safety norms, and company policies.
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers for timely execution of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in facility/operations management.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multitasking and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance related to facility management.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
