Facility Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Facility Manager to join our team for Owner Association Management Services . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing building operations, maintenance, and service quality to ensure smooth management of residential and commercial properties under the Owner Association.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with service providers, contractors, and suppliers for building maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department and RERA guidelines.
• Monitor facility budgets, expenses, and maintenance schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency of all facilities.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for management and Owner Association boards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Facility Manager (preferably in Owner Association Management or Real Estate).
• Must hold a valid Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance standards, and DLD regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple properties and manage service providers effectively.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
