Working hrs.: From 06:00 am to 10 am & from 04:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Facility Maintenance & Operations: Oversee repairs, equipment, cleaning, and general upkeep to maintain high standards.
- Safety & Compliance: Implement health and safety standards, conduct regular inspections, and manage emergency protocols.
- Scheduling & Event Coordination: Organize bookings for games, practices, and special events to ensure smooth operation.
- Record Keeping: Records can be kept physically or digitally. Physical records include paper invoices, legal documents, proposals, work orders, photographs, and more. Digital records include spreadsheets, emails, text messages, and even scanned documents.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage staff, including security, maintenance.
- Financial Management: Develop budgets, track revenue, control expenses, and generate performance reports.
- Marketing & Customer Engagement: Promote the facility, manage bookings, and foster positive relationships with clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in facility management or a related sports industry role.
- Leadership: Strong team management and motivational skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, and specific sports equipment.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients, staff, and contractors.
- Education: A degree in Business Administration, or Facilities Management is often preferred.
