Facility Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and smooth functioning of the salon premises. The candidate will ensure that the facility is well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance.
• Manage building infrastructure including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
• Monitor facility budgets and control maintenance expenses.
• Maintain AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) records and service schedules.
• Security, and maintenance staff.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
• Handle emergency repairs and breakdowns promptly.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Prepare maintenance reports and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in facility or maintenance management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and safety regulations.
• Good vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
