Facility Manager

Edu & Skill : Master's Degree with 6 to 8 years of manager's experience in residential township .

Primary Responsibilities :

1. Daily Operations & Infrastructure

You are the "Grand Fixer." If the township were a ship, you’d be the Chief Engineer.

* Utility Management: Overseeing the uninterrupted supply of water, electricity, and gas.

* Preventive Maintenance: Scheduling regular check-ups for DG sets, fire fighting systems, and plumbing to avoid costly breakdowns.

* Horticulture & Aesthetics: Maintaining the "green lung" of the township—parks, jogging tracks, and common gardens.

2. Team & Vendor Leadership

You manage the "invisible army" that keeps the township clean and safe.

* On-site Staff: Leading the housekeeping, security, and technical teams.

* Work Orders: Tracking and closing maintenance tickets raised by residents via management apps.

* Supervision: Auditing vendor performance to ensure they are meeting the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) promised.

3. Resident Relations

You are the face of the management office for the people living there.

* Conflict Resolution: Mediating disputes between neighbors (e.g., noise complaints, parking issues).

* Communication: Sending out timely notices regarding maintenance shutdowns, festive celebrations, or security updates.

* Move-in/Move-out: Managing the logistics of new residents arriving and ensuring fit-out rules are followed.

4. Safety & Compliance

* Emergency Response: Leading drills for fire safety and natural disasters.

* Legal Records: Maintaining "as-built" drawings, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) documents, and statutory licenses.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
