Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Machwa, Kalwar Road, Jaipur

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the overall management

and smooth functioning of our office facility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Facility Operations & Maintenance

 Supervise day-to-day maintenance of the building, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC,

lighting, and other infrastructure systems.

 Conduct routine inspections and ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance.

2. Housekeeping & Cleanliness

 Supervise housekeeping staff, cleaning schedules and ensure high standards of cleanliness and

hygiene across all areas.

3. Security Management

 Oversee security personnel, access control, visitor management, and surveillance systems.

 Ensure smooth functioning of entry/exit protocols and overall site discipline.

4. Gardening & Outdoor Maintenance

 Supervise landscaping and gardening activities to maintain a clean and well-kept exterior

environment.

5. Vendor & Contractor Management

 Coordinate with external service providers for housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other

facility-related services.

7. Space & Asset Management

 Oversee office layout planning, space utilization, and any renovation or movement within the

facility.

 Maintain records of assets and infrastructure.

Qualifications & Skills

 Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facility management or a similar role.

 Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance processes, and vendor management.

 Proven ability to supervise teams (housekeeping, security, maintenance staff).

 Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and respond effectively in urgent situations.

This role requires a proactive, disciplined, and detail-oriented professional who can ensure that the

facility operates smoothly and efficiently at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,404.26 - ₹30,000.00 per month
