Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of housekeeping, technical, and support staff.
• Ensure proper maintenance of MEP systems (Electrical, Plumbing, STP, HVAC, DG, Fire Fighting, etc.).
• Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Prepare duty rosters and ensure optimum manpower deployment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain service quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety norms, statutory requirements, and SOPs.
• Maintain records, logbooks, and service reports.
• Coordinate with clients for operational requirements and resolve complaints.
• Monitor consumption of materials, tools, and consumables.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors for AMC and specialized services.
• Submit monthly performance and maintenance reports to management/client.
• Control operational costs and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Qualification & Experience:
• Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
• 3–\4 years of experience in facility management operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
