  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of office infrastructure, utilities, HVAC, electrical systems, security systems, and emergency protocols.
  • Manage housekeeping, security, pantry, and administrative staff to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and facility systems.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards and compliance with local regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to plan office layout and seating arrangements based on business needs.
  • Manage contracts and relationships with vendors, service providers, and external contractors.
  • Handle facility-related budgeting, cost optimization, and procurement of supplies and equipment.
  • Oversee office relocations, renovations, or expansions as needed.
  • Monitor energy usage and implement sustainability initiatives.
  • Ensure business continuity plans are in place, especially for emergencies such as power failures, fire, or security breaches.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in the IT industry or similar work environments.
  • Strong understanding of technical aspects such as HVAC, fire safety, electrical systems, and building management systems.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
