Facility Manager

Job Title: Facility Manager

Job Summary

Facility Manager is responsible for managing building operations, maintenance, safety, housekeeping, vendor coordination, and smooth daily functioning of the property.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities

Ensure building safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies

Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff

Coordinate with vendors and service providers (AMC, repairs, pest control, etc.)

Handle repair & maintenance issues (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)

Monitor facility budgets, expenses, and inventory

Ensure fire safety and emergency procedures are followed

Maintain records of maintenance schedules and service reports

Support events, meetings, and operational requirements

Conduct regular inspections of premises and equipment

Required Skills

Good communication and team management skills

Problem-solving and multitasking ability

Knowledge of facility maintenance and safety standards

Vendor management and negotiation skills

Basic computer & reporting skills (Excel, Email, MIS)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, or Administration

2–5+ years experience in facility management / operations / hotel / guesthouse / corporate office

Work Environment

Hotels, Guesthouses, Offices, Residential Complexes, Hospitals, Commercial Buildings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
