Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Salary: ₹35,000 per month
Joining: Immediate to 1 month

Manbhum Constructions Co Pvt Ltd is a dynamic company specializing in real estate development and construction. We are currently seeking a dedicated Facility Manager with strong real estate experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and maintenance of company facilities and properties.
• Oversee security, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance services.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth facility management.
• Monitor and manage facility budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement necessary improvements.
• Address facility-related emergencies promptly.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in facility management, with mandatory experience in real estate.
• Proven ability to manage building maintenance, security, and vendor contracts.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with facility management software and health & safety compliance.
• Ability to supervise and lead support staff.

Preferred Candidate:

• Available to join immediately or within one month.
• Prior experience specifically in real estate facility management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
