Facility Manager (With 10+ yrs of Manufacturing Industry Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Facility Manager (With Manufacturing Industry experience) to oversee and manage facilities across multiple sites within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate must be capable of leading a team of approximately 50 staff, including technicians and helpers, while ensuring smooth operations, maintenance, and overall facility efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day facility operations across multiple sites.
• Manage maintenance of the entire factory, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and general upkeep.
• Supervise housekeeping activities to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Manage fleet operations, including drivers and company vehicles.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for crane services, quotations, HSE training, and audits.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 50+ personnel (technicians, helpers, drivers).
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
• Monitor facility performance and optimize efficiency.
• Handle high-pressure situations and ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Plan and execute facility-related projects within deadlines.
• Control maintenance costs and optimize resource utilization.
• Prepare reports, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• 10–15 years of experience of manufacturing industry in facility management within the UAE or Gulf region.
• Strong background in mechanical, electrical, and maintenance operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing large teams (50+ staff).
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and execution skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
