This role is an exciting opportunity to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of GSK’s facilities in Pakistan. You will oversee building maintenance, coordinate repairs, and support sustainability initiatives. Collaboration is key, as you’ll work with contractors, internal teams, and leadership to maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant environment. Responsibilities


  • Conduct facility surveys and coordinate maintenance activities to meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
  • Plan and execute building repairs, modifications, and upgrades, ensuring compliance with sustainability guidelines.
  • Support the operation and maintenance of utility systems, including water treatment and effluent management.
  • Manage contractors and ensure safe systems of work during facility projects.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for all facility-related activities.
  • Participate in budgeting exercises and identify cost-saving opportunities for facility operations.


Qualifications/Skills

Basic:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
  • 2–5 years of experience in facility management, maintenance, or construction.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project).
  • Knowledge of mechanical and civil drawings.
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety and contractor management.


Preferred:


  • Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices and water conservation initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose facility-related issues.


This role is on-site at GSK’s facility in Pakistan.
