Facility Officer

Aesthetics Lab is seeking a dedicated and proactive Facility Officer to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of our Islamabad facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing facility operations, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring a clean, secure, and well-maintained environment for employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day facility operations and maintenance.
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the premises.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems and equipment.
• Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain facility records, inventory, and asset documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Support branch operations with administrative and facility-related requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in facility management, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
