Facility Supervisor

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Facility Supervisor to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of our facility in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will ensure that all building systems operate efficiently, while maintaining a safe, clean, and productive environment for staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the facility, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and health & safety.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for all facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Supervise in-house staff and coordinate with external vendors and contractors.
• Monitor and control facility budgets and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Respond to facility-related emergencies and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections and prepare reports for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and UAE regulatory compliance.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management tools.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
