Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for Finance and Accounts roles across various levels.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business needs.
  • Conduct screening interviews, evaluate candidate fit, and present shortlisted profiles to stakeholders.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and regularly update recruitment metrics and dashboards for reporting and analysis.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on Finance & Accounts roles.
  • Solid understanding of accounting and finance functions across industries.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing candidates via platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
