Factory Assistant

We are looking for a hands-on, reliable, and proactive Factory Assistant to support smooth daily operations at the factory. This person will be responsible for solving small operational issues, coordinating between departments, and assisting the factory team with logistics, maintenance, and task execution.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the go-to problem solver for any operational issues that arise in or around the factory
• Assist factory staff and supervisors in coordinating production needs and material availability
• Ensure factory tools, equipment, and utilities are functioning properly — escalate maintenance needs as required
• Coordinate with drivers, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure materials and tools are available on time
• Support day-to-day communication between the office, factory, and delivery teams
• Help organize and clean factory spaces, arrange for minor repairs or maintenance
• Handle urgent tasks or errands (e.g., parts pickup, supplier follow-ups, emergency deliveries)
• Assist in loading/unloading of materials if needed

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
