Factory assistant (Driving licenserequired)

Job Description

• Support daily factory operations and act as a hands-on assistant to the factory team.
• Prepare and dispatch materials as per work orders, coordinating with the Factory Manager, Project Manager, and Site Managers.
• Check materials for correct quantity, specification, and basic quality before packing and loading.
• Ensure proper packing, loading, and handover of material delivery notes to drivers.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse, and procurement teams for timely material movement.
• Drive the Factory Manager & staff to and from the factory and assist with urgent deliveries or errands when required.

Requirements

• Valid light vehicle driving license (mandatory)
• Experience in factory, logistics, or similar operational role preferred
• Physically fit, reliable, and proactive
• Willing to perform both factory support and driving duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
