Factory Coordinator ( Pharma / Food)

Location: Super Highway, Site II, Karachi
Job Type: Full-time (Office-Based)

Education:Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Compliance & Rules

  • Must have working experience in regulatory compliance (DRAP, ISO, GMP)
  • Keep factory always ready for internal and external audits.
  • Prepare and maintain all records including cleaning logs, pest control reports, and machine maintenance files.
  • Ensure all production activities follow food and pharma safety rules.

2. Machinery Repair (Must have)

  • Find and fix machine breakdowns quickly to reduce production downtime.
  • Replace common parts like motors, belts, bearings, and sensors.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance to stop problems before they happen.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in filling machines, granulators, sealers, and packaging lines.

3. Production & Cleaning

  • Supervise daily production activities to meet shift targets
  • Ensure proper cleaning of machines, utensils, and production area after each batch
  • Check and maintain air quality including HVAC systems, room temperature, and humidity levels (especially important for pharma areas)
  • Follow GMP standards for sanitation and hygiene on the factory floor

4. Safety

  • Regularly check fire extinguishers, PPE (gloves, masks, goggles), and emergency exits.
  • Report any safety hazards to management immediately
  • Ensure workers follow safety rules during machine operation and cleaning

Required Skills

  • Hands-on machine repairing (both electrical and mechanical)
  • Good knowledge of food or pharma compliance rules and audit requirements
  • Ability to work under pressure and reduce machine downtime quickly
  • Basic computer skills for maintaining records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business/commerce or science.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
  • 0-6 months experience in Sales of Pharma or Nutra Industry.
  • Ability to understand technical specs of our products.
  • Ability to do Market Research to design products.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and handling inquiries via email/phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end client interactions via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Follow up B2B clients (traders, distributors, R&D teams).
  • Explain technical details (certifications, formulations, compliance) of our products.
  • Order Processing: Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and accounts teams.
  • Track industry trends and competitor products.
  • Market Research and Design to target manufactures and traders.
