Factory Foreman (Carpentry & Fit-out)

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Foreman (Carpentry & Fit-out) with proven experience in managing finishing works for high-rise residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising all finishing activities on-site, ensuring work is completed as per the approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise carpenters, machine operators, and factory workers.
• Assign tasks to workers and ensure work is carried out according to specifications.
• Ensure proper handling of woodworking machines and tools.
• Train and assist workers in improving their skills.
• Identify production issues and suggest improvements.
• Monitor stock levels of materials and tools, ensuring availability.
• Ensure factory cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
• Keep daily records of production output and report to the supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in joinery/carpentry.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• UAE driving license preferred (not mandatory).
