Site Supervisor (Civil)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee and manage daily operations at project sites. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating with workers, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Manage workforce allocation, attendance, and productivity on site.
• Inspect work progress and ensure tasks are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers when required.
• Enforce housekeeping and safety protocols on the site at all times.

Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in site supervision within the construction/interior/fit-out industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
