Location: Phalia, Pakistan

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Factory HR & Admin Officer to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in ecruitment, employee records management, attendance, compliance, and general office administration, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Assist in employee onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Handle administrative tasks including office supplies, facility management, and vendor coordination.
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Maintain discipline and HR policies implementation within the organization.
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR and administrative support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR & Admin experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • Good knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and administrative procedures.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
