Factory HR & Admin Officer
Location: Phalia, Pakistan

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Factory HR & Admin Officer to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in ecruitment, employee records management, attendance, compliance, and general office administration, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Assist in employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Handle administrative tasks including office supplies, facility management, and vendor coordination.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Maintain discipline and HR policies implementation within the organization.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR and administrative support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR & Admin experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Good knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and administrative procedures.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
