Factory In Charge- Interior Fit Out

Job Summary:

To Manage and coordinate factory operations for interior design and fit out projects, ensuring production is completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage daily factory operations (joinery, metal works, upholstery, etc)

Coordinate project and design teams to understand production needs.

Review and interpret technical/shop drawings for production.

Supervise factory staff and ensure work is done efficiently.

Monitor quality and make sure finished products meet standards.

Ensure health and safety rules are followed in the factory.

Prepare regular reports on production and progress.
