Farmasi Headquarters Istanbul / Çekmeköy location is looking for a Factory Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality
• Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors, technical team, and staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Drive production processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability targets are consistently met or exceeded
• Ensuring the implementation of maintenance plans of all machinery, equipment and equipment in the factory and reporting
• Responsible for developing and ensuring that regular maintenance procedures are implemented
• Collaborate with quality controls teams to ensure finished goods meet quality standards
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to optimize production workflows, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency
• Prepare production reports for senior management
• Make decisions related to production, such as staffing and scheduling decisions

Qualifications:

• University degree preferably from Mechanical Engineering or related departments
• Good command English both written and spoken
• Having in between 10-15 years’ experience
• Having prior min. 4-5 years’ experience as Plant Manager/ Production Manager in large manufacturing setup
• Candidates from Cosmetic / Personal Care Products / Pharma will be preferable
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and relevant regulations
• Robust leadership skills / people management
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexible working hours
