Factory Manager

We are seeking a high-caliber Factory Manager with a proven track record in the manufacturing industry.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead and direct factory operations to meet sales demand at minimum cost while continuously improving productivity and quality.
Provide accurate operational data to support cost control and measurement of total conversion and quality costs.
Establish KPIs for all operational functions and monitor performance regularly.
Report operational performance and key updates to the CEO.
Conduct periodic performance evaluations for operations staff and recommend training or hiring needs to HR.
Ensure adherence to operational standards while driving ongoing improvements.
Collaborate with the Technical Office to review product designs for cost reduction and quality enhancement.
Coordinate closely with the Supply Chain team to update and achieve the master production schedule.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as an Operations Manager (preferably in a manufacturing environment)
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and cost control.
