Position Overview
  
 We are hiring a
 
  Factory Manager
 
 to oversee the daily operations of the
 
  Wadi El Nile Pickled Food Factory
 
 located in El Khattaba. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in
 
  food manufacturing
 
 , proven experience in
 
  factory management
 
 , and deep knowledge of
 
  food safety systems (HACCP, ISO 22000)
 
 .
 
  Responsibilities
  
- 
   Manage all factory operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse.
  
- 
   Oversee production plans to achieve monthly and annual targets efficiently.
  
- 
   Ensure implementation of quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
  
- 
   Monitor resource utilization, cost control, and waste reduction.
  
- 
   Develop and enforce SOPs and preventive maintenance schedules.
  
- 
   Coordinate with top management on performance reports and budgeting.
  
- 
   Lead and mentor production teams to achieve operational excellence.
  
- 
   Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and efficiency.
   
 
 
 
Qualifications
- 
   Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  
- 
   Experience:
  
- 
    10–15 years in food manufacturing, including at least 5 years in factory management.
   
- 
    Proven experience managing preserved or pickled food production lines.
   
- 
   Skills:
  
- 
    Leadership and team management.
   
- 
    Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability.
   
- 
    Deep understanding of HACCP and ISO 22000 standards.
   
- 
    Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel reporting.
    
 
 
 
Working Conditions
- 
   Location: El Khattaba – Wadi El Nile Factory (Km 84, Cairo–Alex Desert Road).
  
- 
   Working Hours: Full-time on-site.
  
- 
   Environment: Industrial food production facility.
